geist des ortes
inspired by the mystical Island of Achill and the
artistic legacy of Heinrich Böll, I devised a collaborative public
art project which involved working with Claudia Borgna – an
environmental installation artist, the Island inhabitants, the RNLI and
the archaeological field school who survey the deserted village of
Slievemore.
